Getting to Know Us

The idea for THE FLYING LIZARD™ began to materialize when we started dreaming about how to combine our passion for photography, Fernanda’s love of design, and my love of flight. We began brainstorming, wondering if we could take that dream and turn it into something meaningful we could share with others.

Over the next few days, I started scribbling down thoughts on the notepad beside my computer—just fragments at first. Then, one day, Fernanda walked into my studio and asked, “Have you thought about a drone business?” I had. And that was the beginning.

As we dove into research, we quickly saw how far drone technology had come—greater performance, sharper optics, and powerful platforms that could do more than just fly. The idea of building a boutique company that combined enterprise-grade mapping with precision 3D modeling of high-performance aircraft didn’t just seem possible—it felt inevitable.

We realized we could deliver something rare: high-quality data and visuals with a deeply personal approach. If we were going to build this, our focus would be on you—your project, your aircraft, your goals. Every mission would start with a conversation, not a form. From there, we’d identify and prioritize the best drone solution tailored for your organization.
